Joe Beck is a USAW National coach, he holds a BS in exercise science and an AAS in substance abuse counseling. As an instructor on the USAW teach staff, he is helping develop the next crop of USAW certified coaches. He has developed lifters that have competed at the top level of international events including a senior Pan American (4thplace) and world team member. Numerous Masters international and national champions, medalists and record holders. He has developed lifters at all levels university and youth national and state champions and record holders. He is a member of the PNW WSO board, and head of the planning committee for the annual WSO championship. He is an active meet director putting on several local meets each year; and currently acting as meet director for first annual PNW WSO championship.
