Meet your PNW WSO Board.

Eight USAW volunteers representing Oregon and Washington make up the current PNW WSO regional Board. *Note there is still a vacant spot for an Alaska representative should they choose to nominate someone.

Our main goals are to aiding in facilitating an annual regional championship, provide fair athlete and coaching scholarship opportunities to BIPoC and Women and to foster the spirit of grass roots growth initiatives within the PNW region that align with our parent covering body USAW.

President Lauren Hatmaker @lolo_hatmaker

“In weightlifting since 2012. I am an athlete, coach, gym owner, IWF Category 2 Technical Official. My club is Eastside Barbell. I love the passion of weightlifters and the weightlifting community. I believe that the WSO (weightlifting state organization) is the grassroots level of our federation and non-governing body of USA Weightlifting. We can share our love for the sport and bring our talents and strengths to support our community if all of us engage with each other and work towards our common goals - expanding the sport of weightlifting!”

Board Member Jenn Sprague @jenn_sprague

Since coming back I am pretty much exclusive weightlifting now…with an occasional HIIT workout.”
